Regional Vice President: As a Regional Vice President you will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Officers within your region. You will be responsible for assisting BDO's during sales call, developing financing plans and closing business within your team. In addition to assisting and training BDO's you will be expected to build your own book of business. Sales and management experience is necessary for this position. This is a commission only position with performance bonuses paid depending on the performance of your team.
Business Development Officer: You will be responsible for contacting leads generated from inside sales, website traffic, direct mail pieces, cold calls and networking with other professionals and business owners. Your job is to meet with clients, diagnose their needs, develop a plan and close business. You will be trained in a classroom environment and provided continuous training throughout your employment. You must have a college degree or outside sales experience to apply. This is a hybrid position with some office work with phone calls and follow-up, as well as face-to-face client meetings. This is a commission only position with first year income potential of $80,000 to $200,000.
Operations Specialist: As a member of the Operations Department you will be responsible for interacting with clients, verifying invoices and managing our client's accounts within our custom software. This is a detailed oriented position that allows little room for error. You must be comfortable dealing with CEO's, CFO's and other executive managers. Most days will be spent in the office working with other members of the Operations Department. This is a salaried position.
