Step 1 – Contact SouthStar Capital
An experienced manager will be assigned to you to review your deals and keep you up to date on their progress. Whenever you have a question or require additional information your manager will never be more than a phone call away.
Step 2 – Submit your Deal
Once you submit a deal to SouthStar our team goes to work for your client. During the underwriting stage we will communicate with your client to ensure we are all on the same page and that we will ultimately deliver the solution that will benefit them the most. Throughout the underwriting process we will make sure you are informed of the status of your deal and the probability of it being funded.
Step 3 – Decision Making
There is no value in delaying a response even if it is one that the client does not want to hear. We will deliver a quick yes or no to your client’s funding request. If we decide not to fund the deal, we will work with you and your client to ensure there is another financing source to provide them with the capital they require.
Step 4 – Funding
Once our underwriting team and your client have agreed to a solution we will expedite the funding process. The moment a deal is funded, we will send your commission check to you.
