April Dunlap

Ms. Dunlap joined SouthStar in February of 2016 as a Closing Coordinator and has since been promoted to Closing Manager. She works directly with SouthStar’s Operations Manager and Account Managers. Her primary responsibilities include interacting with clients and processing funding requests. In addition to the aforementioned, Ms. Dunlap assists in coordinating closings for all clients and preparing clients for the initial round of funding.

Prior to joining SouthStar, Ms. Dunlap was the manager of a local store where her responsibilities included building customer relationships, overseeing the production of inventory and managing the regional employees.

Ms. Dunlap graduated for the College of Charleston in May 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. Ms. Dunlap enjoys spending her free time with family, friends, and her puppy, Riggins.
